Before using our smudge sticks, ensure you have a clean, ventilated space and focus on only good intentions. Our tarot and oracle cards are a good complement to evening or morning meditations to centre the mind, either in preperation for the day or a peaceful sleep. We often light a candle (away from flammables!) when drawing out our cards, trying to focus on the flame to center ourselves.
